1. Nature of service
NOMAD F1 is an independent advisory and information service. We provide editorial intelligence, digital playbooks (PDF guides), and paid written travel itineraries for Formula 1 race weekends. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or ticket reseller, and we do not handle, process, or facilitate any bookings.
2. The €24.90 Elite Concierge fee
When you submit a consultation brief, a €24.90 Elite Concierge fee activates dedicated 1-on-1 research and the delivery of a custom written intelligence report within 2 hours. This fee is non-refundable but is fully credited toward any subsequent bespoke consulting engagement commissioned within 12 months.
3. No bookings · client responsibility
We do not act as a travel agent and we never book, sell, or resell flights, hotels, hospitality, transfers, restaurants, or Grand Prix tickets. We deliver written recommendations and direct links; every reservation and payment is made by the client, in their own name, with the third-party provider of their choice. This ensures full transparency, control, and consumer protection under the client's own payment provider and jurisdiction.
4. Digital playbooks
Playbooks are digital PDF documents licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited. Refunds are not offered on delivered digital goods, in line with EU distance-selling rules for digital content.
5. Accuracy
We make every effort to verify timings, pricing, and venues, but cannot guarantee that third-party operators (hotels, airlines, race promoters) will honour quoted rates or availability. Information is provided "as is."
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party bookings.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of the consumer's country of residence.
