1. Data we collect
We collect only what you submit through our concierge and playbook lead forms: name, email, phone (optional), and the details of your enquiry. We also collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics for site performance.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver requested research, and — only with your explicit opt-in — to send infrequent updates about new playbook releases. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Storage & retention
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure within the EU. Concierge enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact, after which they are permanently deleted.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@nomadf1.com. We respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for site function. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are deployed.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We never see, store, or transmit your card data. The respective provider's privacy policy applies to each transaction.
